Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna

Over ten years since Taichi and the original Chosen Children traveled to the Digital World, the Real World has slowly accepted the existence of Digimon, and all twelve Chosen Children are becoming adults, with Iori the only one still in high school.

However, Chosen Children worldwide are becoming affected by a mysterious affliction, and Menoa Bellucci, a genius American, comes to Taichi, Yamato, Koushirou, and the others for assistance. She explains that a Digimon called Eosmon is responsible for these incidents, and Taichi and the older Chosen fight Eosmon to save the world once again while Daisuke, Ken, and Iori meet up with Miyako in New York City to investigate.

When the battle against Eosmon goes awry, Menoa reveals that when a Chosen Child becomes an adult, their partner Digimon will cease to exist. But the problems caused by Eosmon are getting worse, and Taichi and Yamato must face the terrifying truth that fighting to save their friends and the world means they will have to say goodbye to their partners that much sooner.
