Three years after the events of Digimon Adventure, the Digital World calls on the Chosen Children again, but this time, their fight is against a human boy, a corrupted Chosen Child, Ichijouji Ken. Veterans Takaishi Takeru and Yagami Hikari are joined by Motomiya Daisuke, Inoue Miyako, and Hida Iori to save the Digital World, using new forms of evolution, Armor and Jogress evolution.
